My name is Ben Heine. I’m the ecommerce marketing manager.

What’s Your Company All About?

We are an outdoor retailer with a brick and mortar focus, but we’ve also got our ecommerce operation. We work to have a positive impact on the communities where we are.

We organize lots of events around hiking or running or stand-up paddleboarding or kayaking. We really encourage an all-skill-level invite. It gets a lot of people who don’t have any experience with a stand-up paddleboard or maybe have not hiked very much to try some outdoor activities.

How Do Your Customers Use Cloverly?

It’s an option for them at checkout. If you’re concerned about the environment and the carbon costs of this whole ecommerce thing that so many of us are a part of, it’s a super-simple way to handle that. It’s just a checkbox, not intrusive. When the idea was explained to me, I thought it was great. It just seemed like a natural thing to put in place.
